We have an experience for  a women with 46 years old and she could be pregnant and got a baby. So, it depends on how is your ovarian function with we can check from the blood test on the 2nd day of menstruation.

When  you are getting old , you have risk for fetal chromosomal anomaly. We have PGD for the genetic screening before implantation. Normally, we test 5 common probe of the chromosome.

If your ovarian function is poor, the egg donor will be the choice for you.  You have a better chance to get pregnant by yourself.

Yes, you can know the egg profile before you come to Thailand. We have team to send you the profile , for example, age, weight, height, skin color, hair type, education, behavior and etc. We have been screening all egg donor regularly especially, sexual transmitted disease, Aniti HIV , HBsAg, Anti HBs,  Anti HCV, Syphilis test for instance.

It depends on you and the donor would like to meet them or not. If both of you agree together, you can come and meet each other in my clinic in a private room. You can ask and observe her appearance before during the interview.

For the full course of treatment , you need about 3 week to stay in Thailand. If you do not have enough time or you would like to save your budget to stay in Thailand , we can arrange it for you as much depended on the course you would like to be. However, for the Frozen thaw embryo transfer, you need to stay in Thailand much shorter. You need only 5-7 days in Thailand.

Normally , we suggest to wait for 2-3 month to let the hormone stable before starting next treatment.

Yes , it’s safe to fly back to your country. There is no effect for your baby in the airplane.

You can fly safely after embryo transfer. I recommend you to take a rest 1-2 days only after transfer. We have accommodation in the same building. So, you are very convenient after embryo transfer which you should have bed rest. We have nurse to visit you everyday to see what you might have problem about the treatment for example abdominal pain or vaginal bleeding. 

Of course, it’s in the different process and you can do it both in the same time. Moreover, you will have a better chance to be pregnant when you screen the embryo with PGD and gender selection.

Normally, we select the surrogacy with age is not more than 38 years old which still have a good chance to be pregnant. We also select surrogate mothers with previous history of pregnancy to make sure that the surrogacy have no problem to be pregnant. 

It ‘s legal to do the egg donor and surrogacy in Thailand. However,  you should check with an attorney in your home country to make sure of the legal situation there.

No laws to regulate the gender selection in Thailand.
